[Case Study] Streamlining Repair and Inspection Reports for Water-Saving Devices

We would like to introduce a case where we implemented "Smart Attack" to shorten the time required for creating reports for our customers. Previously, we created reports using carbon copy forms, but since the format allowed for free writing, there was variability in how different people wrote them. On average, it took about 10 to 15 minutes per store, and for larger stores, it could take nearly an hour.
